Appeal + Auto Triage
Look up a reward-blocked wallet, see the audit reason, and submit proof. The triage bot can restore obvious low-risk mistakes to watch status automatically. Strong farm, cluster, signer, or wallet-to-wallet evidence stays blocked for manager review.
1 wallet(s) are active reward-blocked after the reset.
Old labels were cleared 17d ago. If a wallet is not found here, it does not need an appeal right now. Fresh post-reset hard evidence can still create a new appealable pause.
Your appeal is sorted before a human has to touch it.
Triage compares the public audit reason with your appeal note. It does not expose private detection rules, and it does not fully clear risky wallets. It only decides the safest next step: restore-watch, ask for more proof, manager review, or owner review.
If the record looks low-risk and the appeal gives useful proof, rewards can turn back on automatically while the wallet stays watched.
If the note is too vague, the appeal is saved but stays blocked until the holder adds real context, dates, screenshots, or transaction proof.
A manager can review the appeal, compare the story to the audit reason, and restore-watch lower-risk wallets when the proof makes sense.
If the audit shows strong farming evidence, rewards stay paused unless the owner manually approves a restore.
Managers sign in from the appeal system to review notes, reply to holders, restore-watch low-risk mistakes, or escalate hard cases.
